Privacy Policy
Cloud SRX is an educational aid platform. We design our tools to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data. This page explains what we process, retain, and protect.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No financial information (cards, UPI, bank numbers)
- No government identification (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, license)
- No biometric or health data
- No advertising tracking identifiers
2. Account & Authentication Data
If you create or use a login we store: email address, hashed password (never plain text), role (admin/user), timestamps (created, last login), and activity logs for security auditing.
3. Minimal Operational Logs
We log basic request metadata (time, endpoint, status). This is rotated and used only to monitor health and fraud prevention.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage to maintain session state (e.g., remembering you are signed in). No third-party advertising or tracking scripts are loaded. Clearing browser storage ends your session.
5. Third-Party Services
Currently no third-party analytics or advertising networks are embedded. If we add a service later it will be disclosed here before activation.
6. Data Security
Passwords use bcrypt hashing. Administrative actions and logins are monitored. We apply security headers (CSP, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer Policy) to reduce attack surface.
7. Your Controls
- Update or remove your account by contacting support.
- Request data copy (only what exists: email + logs).
- Revoke access by changing password at any time.
8. Retention
Authentication records are retained while the account is active. Security logs may be retained up to 180 days for integrity and abuse investigation.
9. Children
This tool is designed for supervised educational environments. We do not knowingly store data of children under 13 without guardian oversight.
